In the small village of<\/span> Thil<\/span> in the municipality of <\/span>Courcy<\/span> and <\/span>Hermonville<\/span>, <\/span>in the Marne department in the Grand Est region<\/span>, on the peaceful hills of<\/span> o<\/span>f<\/span> the Saint-Thierry Massif<\/span> and just a stone’s throw from the basilica of the same name dedicated to Saint Theodoric, the industrious <\/span>brothers <\/span>Cyril and Fabien <\/span>Jonot<\/span>, <\/span>the \u201c<\/span>alchemist<\/span> du<\/span> terroir<\/span>\u201d<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not just any terroir, but the northernmost terroir in Champagne.. This <\/span>is where Jonot Fr\u00e8res Champagne comes to life.<\/p>\n

Since 2020, the two brothers have been working side by side to carry on a legacy that has beenhanded down through six generations of winemakers.<\/p>\n
